Dear customer

We would like to welcome you to the Albion family of customers. When Albion Windows was set up in 1979, a decision was made to offer the highest quality products, at competitive prices.

We have worked hard over the years to achieve this goal. We are proud that unlike most companies we don't employ commission only sales people. This saves customers money as well as the stress of dealing with sales people using dubious tactics to make you sign on the dotted line. Gimmicks like phoning the manager for the lifetime. Albion have cut out the manager whose commission as well as the salesperson's has to be paid by the customer. This can be as much as 20% of the cost of the product.

 

How we achieve this

To achieve this some companies sell the products at a more expensive price or buy in cheaper products to remain competitive. But many of these companies go out of business and if the product goes wrong you have no guarantee.

 

Pride in our products and service

At Albion we are proud that we have kept our overheads low, we manufacture quality Duraflex products which have been proven to be amongst the very best on performance.

But it does not end there, having the best products is only half the story. Because Albion windows are a family business we are in control of our installations, all are monitored by our installation manager, whose responsibility it is to make sure our products are fitted to a standard that is second to none.
